BJ's Wholesale Club - Tire service

I recently purchased 4 new tires from Bj's scheduled my appointment to get them installed for 01/09/24 at 6pm because it offered that specific time as an option you can select. I drove 40 minutes in a severe thunderstorm strong wind and rain an actually weather advisory storm arriving 20 minutes early to be told they can't install my tires because they close at 6pm. Then why offer that time slot to scheduled. I'm very disappointed in the service. I do not recommend. My membership renews in February but I might have to think about that. The appointment options need to be updated so this does not inconvenience anyone else in the future.

Desired outcome: some accommodation discount/voucher something

BJ's Wholesale Club - Service

During my visit today to the store at 4201 Wholesale Club Dr., Baltimore, MD 21236 I felt very disappointed. There were two cashiers open all others were self checkout stations.
The first issue is that none of the self checkout stations had the gun to scan the products. I use that option because with the pain I live with in my shoulders lifting is difficult and unpleasant at the least.
Since there were no barcode guns, I went to the human cashier. There I was told I had to unload the items onto the belt... that again caused me to have to lift all of my products again... more pain.
I WALKED AWAY. I did stop and talk to the "floor ambassador" who confirmed I had to empty the cart onto the belt... well again, I walked away and told her to return my carted products to their shelves.
I then drove to Sam's and bought my products using the barcode gun.
Not only was this an inconvenience but in childishly storming out of your store, I left my leather gloves in the cart...
Please, if I have to do my own checkout MAKE IT WORK!

Desired outcome: improved service and compensated for the lost gloves.
