It is 2/25/2022, still I haven't received my new Truist banking or credit cards. I read on a complaint board that after 2/28 all card with BB&T named on it that I'd no longer have access to using them. I have spent several days calling & holding for up to 52 minutes with no success in speaking with anyone. Today I called 4xs before finally calling Truist bank on Rosemount Ave in Frederick, MD. First I was put on hold for 6 min. & 31 sec. After spending a total of 208 minutes on hold prior to this call, I hung up & called back. This time I told the women when she asked me if I could hold I said no & explained why. She from go was rude. She didn't want too help me because she had other customers. Instead of listening to what I was asking she continously spoke over me, going round & round because she wasn't listening to my 2 simple questions. This is unacceptable to be treated this why. To be made to feel that my time wasn't worth hers because she thinks I work for her is unacceptable. She was rude, defensive & condescending. After this I would not recommend banking with this bank (especially at this location).
Desired outcome: To be acknowledged and for someone to speak with this particular women at this banking location about her awful customer service skills.
