Dollar Tree

My name is Deborah Ann Johnson and when I reported to work this morning 04/01/20021 after clocking in I stated to manager (Keren aka Liv) that I wasn't feeling well and I felt sick and my body was aching. She then in return stated that she wished I had of told her before I came in and said that the next person wouldn't be on the clock until 12 o'clock. She then proceeded to ask me could I stay until then and I explained to her that I couldn't that I really wasn't feeling well (with a attitude) And she then told me I could leave and don't come
back. So I left. Now my complaint is that Ms. Keren is very unprofessional in how she talks and deal's with her employees. Not to mention that she takes advantage of her position as a Manager. I have been a excellent worker for Dollar Tree and I don't feel that it was a professional way to have handled the situation. I am a person with feelings and emotions like the next man and it's unfair that you think you can talk to people as they are your children or less than. I really loved working for this company and I'm sorry it had to end this way. But something has to be done about this Managers behavior and how she treats her employees.
