Sears - plastic buttons on control panel falling off/breaking
The plastic buttons on our dishwasher are falling out and or cracking and I was hoping to repair the cover buttons but I see from all the similar complaints that the recommended "fix" is a replacement control panel, which is ridiculous as the control panel works perfectly now. A plastic cover is substandard and to spend $100+ for a control panel is ludicrous. Step up to the plate Sears and stand behind what you sell. As a general contractor here in Massachusetts, specializing in kitchen and bath renovations, I will find it impossible to recommend Sears products to my customers in the future unless this issue is resolved
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
We are upset to see you are having some problems with your dishwasher. We understand the importance of having a working appliance and we do not like seeing our members upset. Have you had a technician out to properly diagnose the issue?
