CVS

12/7/22 I wrote a check #4977 for $32.15 to CVS at 2253 State Road, Cedarville, MA (south of Plymouth center). Some how this check was sent to a collection agency! I have been a paying customer of CVS for several decades.

For some reason, my check was sent to TRS Recovery Service, a collection agency, Reference # [protected]. This is an error. I called CVS "credit & debit" department [protected]) to report this mistake. My case # is S8244761. Please remove the incorrect information (the mistake) from TRS and I will send another check for $32.15 to CVS or drop off a check to my local CVS Central Street, Foxboro, MA. Paula Delaflor, P.O.
