Outback Steakhouse

Let me start off by saying the service is not an issue. The issue is the quality of the food. This is not limited to just one time. This is actually seven times in total. This used to be our go to restaurant, but recently with the increase in prices and the major decrease in quality of food, we have made other choices. The steaks we received were so tough and chewy, that the meal was taken off the bill. I have had better steak at fast food restaurants! The reason I am writing to let you know this, is because this seems to be a trend that will make customers make other choices.
