Iplaced and order today and the cook made a mistake on my order and I caught it before he finish, I let the cook know what was wrong and he was correcting it and the manager stepped in and was very rude to me the cook and I know each other because I been eating their for years, the manager had no problem letting me know he didnt like blacks with his derogatory words, this is not the first time, the wait staff and the cooks have always been nice and helpful, so please look in to this, sooner or later this will effect your business. Thank you
I an 80 year old DAV with a service dog. I went to Waffle House #1610 on Mansfield hwy in Shreveport 6/17 approximately 10AM with my service dog. We went in and set at an open table and finally a waiter came over and told me we had to move down to the other end of the restaurant. So we moved and found several open tables and set down where my service dog went under the table and lay down at my feet as she has been trained to do. The manager then came over and told me I couldn’t set at this table, I had to set at the crowded counter. I told him there was not room for my service dog. He loudly told me that was not his problem and that I didn’t understand English and therefore had to get out of the restaurant..so we left. Never to return. A very embarrassing situation and completely uncalled for.
I am an 80 year old vet with a service animal and I was told I could not set at a table, I had to set at the counter. When I told the manager there was no place for my service dog to lay down he said that was not his problem and I didn’t understand English and to get out. So we left the filthy place never to return. He was extremely rude and the whole scenario was very embarrassing…I eat at Waffle House occasionally but sure never again as this was completely uncalled for action. This manager should never be allowed around customers..
I am a project specialist and retired engineer and speak English very well, thank you. Much better than this abrasive, rude manager..
