Popeyes - Service and product

Popeyes is constantly getting my wife and I meals wrong tonight she went to Crowley's Popeyes twice to get it right. When we did sit down to eat both biscuits were like hokey pucs. I did eat half with my meal now I'm afraid we could come down with cancer because of the chemistry change in the flour thanks for hearing me out I truly think as expensive as the food is it would be fresh hot and what you ordered

Desired outcome: I would prefer Popeyes sell fresh food and listen to what people are ordering you could be selling cancer causing agents
