Visited the Radcliff, KY store today, 7/16/2021. To say my customer service experience was unsatisfactory is an understatement. A little background on myself, I have been in customer service for over 40 yrs and know the difference of great customer service. I visit and spend well over 10k a year in dollar tree locals. My experience today was the worst I have experienced, to the point I walked away from over 80 dollars of merchandise. The cashier was obviously new and could not count. I had multiple of items, including 25 of several things. I politely asked the manager Patti if she would key these items in to expedite the transaction, to free up the line of customers. Not only was I ignored, but the cashier proceeded to count these items at different times. I became so frustrated with this scenario, I walked away from this transaction. Have never done this, so this tells you my level of frustration. To add to this, I contacted corporate and asked for the dm's voice mail, Mr Wasley. Left a message and phone contact asking for a call back, this was 11am today 7/16/2021, no response. I then contacted the regional manager, Mr Gary Perkins, left a message, no response. Having been in customer service for over 40 yrs, I know one very unhappy customer relays this unhappiness to at least 25 others. This situation needs to be addressed.
