Kroger - employees

I have a complaint about some of the employees that work there .the attitude in this store at least is very laid back and people stand around alot of the time.I know of at least two employees who have an ongoing relationship in this store.one person I will mention has to be frequently called back up front after her breaks because she sits around and talks to her boyfriend, I think her name is deann. She frequently gets "sick" at work and then leaves early or begs to get off early.she also talks back sometimes to her customers and leaves her checklane to go up to the front desk to talk to the people working the front office. She's not the only one who does this most of the workers up front at somepoint during the day crowd up around the desk to talk while leaving their lines open.Krogers also seems to hire people who aren't really stable in the head there is one person by the name of cora who works during the week I swear she is bipolar or something she can be happy and polite and talkative with some customers and then turn right back around on the next customer and be as mean as a snake and she also treats the people bagging for her with disrespect. Then there's jimmy the customer service manager for this store he has personally said that there are some people he likes to associate with and others he won't(Workers). Then there's the smoking issue this store has alot of smokers who don't really care where they smoke some smoke as close to the door as possible while others smoke on the sides of the buildings and you can smell the smoke coming into the building even though they are outside. Then there is an excessive amount of cameras in the buildings do you all really not trust your customers or employees that much? There is favoritism in this store some customers are more valuable to this particular store and they will be waited on hand and foot while other customers are just left to fend for themselves this is poor customer service.I don't expect anything to change with this store and for this I will shop elsewhere .I think this store really needs to be looked at because there are some serious issues with it even if it is the supposedly is the best in town.

Thanks

Just remember saito; it is the customer who writes your paycheck and that of everyone in the store. Without them; you are on the unemployment line. Might want to re-think your position here. Perhaps this particular customer is just venting but I'm sure there are those with legitimate complaints and how well are they handled?

First, if you owned a grocery store you would want cameras too. The amount of money kroger loses from customers stealing is grand. Second, you seem to know a little too much about peoples personal affairs in this store. What buisness is it of yours if someone is dating a fellow employee. Third, its not called being bi-polar when you work a job that deals with people constantly who blame you for something scanning wrong because clearly its the cashier that hand types the wrong price in. No its called of course your going to be a little moody when you have moody customers. You can't tell me your all smiles at your job every minute your there. Fourth have you even talked to management about any of these issues? If so where you actually calmly explaining the issues at hand to them and suggesting positive ways to fix any of these things, or where you just threat after threat and complaint after complaint. People don't respond well to harsh words and talking about others as if there beneth you. If you have so many problems with this store why did you keep going back because clearly you are there so much you know all the gossip about who is dating who and who is friends with who. You can either respectfully talk to the store manager, not an assistant one, and speak your feelings in a calm polite manner, or just shop somewhere else and not slander the names of some kids.
