Every Friday I take my brother in law with Down syndrome to lunch. We usually go to McDonald's every Friday but he told me he wanted to go to sonic because he likes it more. Today was the first Friday that we went to this sonic and I am so much more that disappointed and upset about our experience. She had told me that it was her first or second day on the job so she wasn't sure how to use the computer screen at the parking spot to order. She asked to see my card so she could use the screen to pay and after not being able to figure it would she said "the screen is being retarted" and walked inside to use my card in there. I would hope that you choose to run your business more professional than to keep someone who uses such disrespectful words, especially when someone with Down syndrome is literally three feet away from them. I assure you I will never be back to that location because I'm not going to put him through that a second time. I hope you can figure out the exact individual that I am referring to and handle the situation. Thank you
