Dollar Tree - Reconsideration

Please forward the following email to all members of the Board, Corporate Office, Regional Director for Wellington, KS, plus District Manager, Clarissa, for Wellington, KS, etc. for Dollar Tree to reinstate my employment.

Please allow me to work at Dollar Tree to reimburse $100 from accepting fraudulent bill, & continue working at Dollar Tree afterwards.

I rang up 98 customers in 6 hours (average of 16 customers an hour) December 21, in addition to consolidating & recovering Christmas items in between customers.

On other days, I rang up several customers, consolidated, recovered, & stocked Christmas items & other items.

Other than being 9 cents long on possibly my first shift at Dollar Tree, my drawer has matched to the penny, every day.

I volunteered to work 2 unscheduled shifts, December 21 being one day, to support Dollar Tree, Wellington, KS.

I volunteered to work December 22 due to 2-3 employees being sick/unavailable, but was refused.

It would only take 13-16 hours (also includes Federal & State taxes) to reimb $100 & would be paid off within in 30 days, even at 4+ hours a week.

Instead of terminating/doing away with employees on their first offense, employee(s) can work to pay off the loss.

I'm an unemployed Veteran during a pandemic; vaccine is not 100% effective yet. The economy will take several months/years to recover.

Plenty of customers buy from Dollar Tree on a regular basis. Christmas may be over, but customers will still buy from Dollar Tree, especially during current recession, pandemic, etc.

I think 2 employee's last days were December 22/23. Other employees/their kids get sick, &/or things come up, & they need someone to work for them.

Thank you,
Marcia Dickinson, #[protected]

Desired outcome: Rehire
