I purchased a 2014 Sportster 1200 from Wildfire HD in Villa Park Illinois on October 8, 2023.
A few weeks later I noticed a rattling noise. We found that the belt guard is being held on with ZIP TIES!
And the bike has TWO DIFFERENT SIZE shocks.
I spoke to Jeanna, the GM and she had me bring the bike in. She said they would take care of it.
I brought the bike in on Sunday, October 29. I attempted to call the store yesterday ~ twice ~ and no one answered.
Desired outcome: I would like my newly purchased bike back with NO ZIP TIES holding it together and two normal sized shocks.

Needed A latch assembly for my trunk on my Electra Glide Classic. I was there 3 seperate times before I recieved the correct parts. THEN when I started to replace it the instructions stated you need a special rivit tool. AGAIN I went back to this dealer asking the service dept. to put 4 rivits in for me. ANSWER--- NO--- We will have to charge you. OK how much? I waited 10 minutes. She came back and said $95.00. Stated ower time is worth something. I asked her what do you think my answer will be? NEVER---EVER---AGAIN!
