At around 10:00 am on 8/24/2020 I arrived at 1312 Wabash Springfield, IL 62704. The vehicle ahead of me was waiting at least 5 minutes to be waited on. I yelled at him and asked if anyone was going to wait on him. He yelled back they have him on hold. They must of heard the conversation cause they finally acknowledged him. He told them forget it, he'll go somewhere else. I pulled up and placed order. When giving the gal my debit card she closed the window. The windows have some overlay on it and I can't see what's she is doing. I don't know about you but I like to see what's going on when someone have my debit card. This took her 2 minutes. She finally gave me my card back and my order. Got home I was not given a receipt, one of the burritos was 3/4 full leaving 1/4 of the wrap with nothing in it and the other burrito for the wife was barely rolled up. Now as a ex-business owner I feel the owner of this location needs to either have mystery shoppers, regional managers coming in on regular visits or more responsible managers at the location. I like Sonic in general, but this type of [censored] is what kills sales and closes doors. We're not a interruption in the helps day, we're customers willing to spend are money with you. This type of service has happened to me at this location numerous times and I'm about ready to stop patronizing this location. This is a friendly complaint for the owner of this location to wake up before it's to late.
