IHOP - Groupon not honored.
I purchase a Groupon for IHOP on Aug., 25th, 2025 for $23.99 for a $60 value. The Groupon to IHOP expired on Dec. 5th, 2025. I called Groupon about the issue. They told it is their policy and agreement with the vendors that they have to honor the price paid after the expiration date.
