I would like a refund for the service I haven't received. I set up an appt in December of 2022 to see if they could fix my bottom teeth and to get a new partial and a new upper denture. I received fillings for my bottom teeth. Which turned out great. It has been a terrible mess trying to get my partial and my top denture. Since January I have been there so many times and I still havent had any success. I talked with the office manager and tried to tell her my concerns. She said she would call me to get me back in and I have not heard a word from them since. That was in May. I have called numerous times and was told they would call me back. When I didn't hear back I would like the office again and all I would get was their voicemail so I would leave a message. They still would not return my call. I have left messages that I would just like my money back and still to this day I am unable to speak to anyone or get anybody to call me back. I can't afford to just give my money away. I am totally stressed out about this situation. My upper denture is cracked and I was referred to go there because they did a good job. All I would like is my money back so I can get my dentures fixed before they break all the way. These are just some of my appts.
1st appt was on 12/2/22
2nd appt was on 01/23/23
3rd appt was on 02/20/23
4th appt was on 03/27/23
5th appt was on 04/03/23
6th appt was on 04/24/23
7th appt was on 05/05/23
There was others in between but I don't recall all of them. I was driving over an hour there and back. I just really bothers me that no one will give me a call back or refund me my money. I paid for a job that didn't get completed. Thank you
