Sonic Drive-In - Terrible customer service from the manager, and incorrect order.

Me, my wife and my 19 month old daughter went to collinsville IL sonic to grab a quick dinner. 6/14//22 store #3972 receipt says 7:53 pm. I ordered from the stall15 I ordered a small popcorn chicken first then a #5 with no cheese or tomato and another #5 large with a coke. As I’m trying to order the girl rudely says can’t understand u more than once. So I raised my voice and spoke more clearly. Now if I just wanted a sandwich I would not have told the girl what kind of drink I wanted with both of my #5’s, nor said a #5 large. The young man who came out was nice and courteous and I didn’t mean to come across ignorant to him but I asked where my tater tot’s were, he said we didn’t charge you for a meal. I said well that’s what I ordered so that’s what I want. My wife looked in the bag at that point and said there is no popcorn chicken either. So we told the young man the chicken we ordered is not in there either. He said we didn’t charge you for any chicken. He said you can press the red button again and order what you didn’t get. So by this time me and my wife are both ticked so my wife asks to speak with the manager. The young man said I will go get her. We sat there after pressing the red button again to order what we didn’t get that we ordered in the first place when the girl was being ignorant, but no one ever answered the red button nor did the mama hart ever come out. I also told the young man that the person on the speaker needs to chill the f out. So after sitting and waiting for close to 10 minutes and no one answered or came out, I looked up the store and called the number. I asked to speak to the manager, the lady who I could tell was the same person who took my order said this is the manager. I said ok I’m sitting out here in stall 15 waiting for you guys to answer me or for you to come out and talk to me. The “manager” said we are busy we don’t have time for that. I said obviously you don’t have time to make the food nor take orders correctly either that your customers are ordering. She hung up on me and that was the end of it. I got really pissed off and left. I will never go back to this place again. I was also never given a receipt until we asked the young man who came out to go get us one. So it says 177 Jerry I’m assuming this is who took my order not sure. My chk number was 317

Desired outcome: That “manager” should be fired! She was absolutely rediculous.
