2 times I came she is rude to me not good at customer service 10/21/2022 she told me rudely my medication will be at 630 pm it’s 12:45 last time she told me to pass her a bag that was left on counter the way she said it! She just said pass me the bag and swinging her pointer finger around then she's talking to a co worker about personal things in front of me this is probably my last time I’m sorry it’s too much

The pharmacy in Kailua Kona on Palani street, is the poorest run pharmacy I've ever been to. I have stage four inoperable cancer eating up my right hip bone and socket. The pain is indescribable. I supposed to be prescribed [protected]@ 100 mg Er morphine. They will only carry 60 mg. The other Kong's in Keauhou, helps me every time, any way possible. I think this place needs cleaned up. The pharmacy techs are so incredibly rude.
