The number of card I bought was showing that there is no credit on them (00.00$)
I reported to the stored and I was given no response or attention I wrote you guys and I still can't get a proper solution to it and if I don't get my cards or money then it will be that the company or the store is extorting money for people for a fake gift card and You know what that means to the reputation of the store or to the eBay company it self
I will be waiting to get beck a solution to that have a nice day
Desired outcome: Unsatisfyed rending service too customer
I have the same problem waiting a week for my branch to get back to me. The Cards are paid in cash try to return in the next day and the manager only told me to check back with him the following Monday butt they were going to pull them off the shelves. I waited a week and went to the branch three times to still see the cards being sold and no calls no manager. After finding your post I called CVS customer service and made a formal complaint yesterday finally about my refund which is going to take seven days apparently. 14 days before action and they continue to sell cards CVS customer service says I need to call back to report each complete separately, I’m not even sure what that means but after spending all day to get a hold of them I thought I’d post here first in case there’s more gift cards out here being sold because no one seems to want to guarantee anything. Yet they continue to sell the product that has been reported more than once now to be defective totally
