At around 2:30pm on Sept 19,2023 I tried to order the much advertised Ghost pepper wings, was told they did not have any, then tried to order the New Hot wings that has been advertised on TV and also on the signage at the store. Again, they said they didn't have any. So, I then ordered a 3pc combo with red beans and a diet coke. was bluntly told by the server that they didn't have diet coke. I then asked what diet soda did they have, she said, no Diet soda available. When I got to the window, I asked why didn't they have and wings, she responded that the reason was that they had to be thawed out. Why would you have wings and advertise wings, but say that you had none because they were still frozen. Doesn't make any sense. Just a lousy purchase experience. Then When I got home I looked at my receipt to fill out a customer survey; the receipt was unreadable, can't even read most of it because of low ink or what ever. But the Store # was readable 413218.
