Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have been renting cars from enterprise for more than two years straight. On Sunday morning February 24, 2024, I found an amount of $966.54 charged to my account even though I am all paid up till Saturday February 23. I called in the Enterprise Suwanee Location in Georgia to get an explanation on this. I spoke to a man named Robert. He was extremely rude and in his own words he said to me "It is what it is". I am extremely disappointed not talking about the fees I have had to incur from the bank because of this charge. No one is talking about refunding me and when I went into the branch to get a resolution, everyone seems not to know what they are doing or how to handle this situation. So in short, I have gotten zero solution and enterprise still have my money.
