The store manager treats good employees like crap. He talks down to them and berates them on things that are not their fault. He just leaves when the regional manager is supposed to come the next day. He uses the phrase " does that make sense?" To make you sound stupid. He caused the last co manager to quit crying because of the way he yelled and treated her. He messes up the schedule almost every day. New hires are hardly scheduled leaving full time employees to stay over and pick up the slack. Full time employees having to run registers, service departments, order, put up truck, etc. Full time employees having to work late on closing shifts sometimes till 10:30 at night on a weekday because of inability to schedule correctly. I wish hobby lobby paid for years of experience and work performance. It doesent feel nice to work your butt off all the time and still get paid the same as everyone else. Some people actually care about their job and it isnt fair to be paid the same as someone who takes their time to do their job, takes too many breaks, and chit chats all the time. No one ever leaves so there is no room for advancement and no incentive to work harder. A raise would be nice. There should be a limit to how many people related to each other work at a certain store it creates favoritism and more of a chance for gossip.
