1. This store is not on the CVS website.
2. Any call to CVS takes you into an interminable voice mail hell. So I tried their www.
3. From the website I got the telephone number of another close by store.
4. Then you go thru their voice mail hell to reach a human who cannot identify another CVS only about 1 mile down the road, and has seen it on her way to work, but cannot find a number.
5. Two more like that, then I finally found someone who gave me the phone number.
6. I called the store. And of course got into voice mail hell, then was picked up, then transferred, then sat on hold for 15 minutes (yes I timed it) until I gave up.
7. I googled up CVS corporate customer service number, and called. After the usual VMH, I got to a recording that asked me to describe my problem. I began, but before I finished it switched me into another VMH that had nothing to do with customer service.
Why would anyone want to deal with these people? If you know, contact me at [protected]@mindspring.com. I would be enthralled to hear.
