March 2020, I purchased a dinette set, king mattress set and a bar stool table set. The mattress set was dirty and the table and chairs was discolored and scratched up. I called the store and spoke to my sales person, Ms. Childs. She apologize for the inconvenience and ask me to email pictures of the damages. In which I did. I didn't hear back so I called and spoke to the manager, Casey. He apologize for the mishap and order me another table set and a mattress set. So a month passed by and the other table set comes and mattress set and they both were damaged. Took pictures again, called the store spoke to Casey and the delivery driver notated on the delivery ticket of the damages. So I waited patiently for the issue to get resolved no call back or nothing. I go back to the store. Casey stated, He thought it was taken care of; however, I guess not you are here. I ordered a different table set and my mattress set was on back order. Fast forward to June they delivered my new table set but not my mattress. The ticket said mattress exchange but they didn't have the mattress on the truck. I called and spoke to Casey. He had no clue why the mattress wasn't delivered because it was in the warehouse. So then my new table didn't have the assemble hardware so the driver had to go back the get it. Well he didn't have the right hardware. It required a 12 screws. He required 4. Now my legs following apart. I still haven't received my replacement mattress or the correct hardware for my table. I spoke to customer service in August still no resolution. I went back to the store and I was told they had no deliver drivers to delivery my mattress. Then I was told Casey left and it is a travel manager over the Jonesboro. I am so dissatisfied with my furniture and the service provided
I went to Badcock Florida ave. flagship store on 8/13/22 and needed a bed and lift recliner delivered on 8/17/22 for my mothers return from the hospital. I was willing to spend easily $2000 to $3000 cash with no problem.
I was stopped by the sales person abruptly in the beginning when she said there was no way to accommodate me. My husband was surprised since he had worked for the main company in the past as a project manager as was always impressed by their customer service.
I went down the street to Kane's and it was taken care of swiftly with little effort. I can only guess much has changed in customer service and a selection of where to go is important.
Just to give Badcock a second chance with a franchise owner in defense of corporate I was treated the same in Plant city and left quickly.
I've been waiting over 2 months for a washer/dryer with 3 missed promise dates from the completely unprofessionals at their Mooresville NC store. Last time I talked with Tony who has no clue and full of partial excuses.
Absolutely no after sale customer care. They have had my money this whole time. Sales should be booked upon receipt by the customer. Can't imagine what the corporate books reflect!
