In July 2023 I went into the store in Mt.Airy,NC to look at a bedroom outfit. Deann was the salesperson that was working with me about the set that I liked. After talking with her about the set I asked about the monthly payments. I told her that I was on a limited budget and could not go over $160 per month and it was agreed upon. I was told I had to make one payment of $175 for August and after that it would be $160. My sister went to make the payment it it is $290 instead of $160. She told Wendy at the store about what was said and she said they would look into it. The Corporate Headquarters said that the payment amount stands and I would have to pay that amount. I am looking into filing a complaint with the Sheriffs Office about this issue.
Desired outcome: I want the payment to go to $160 as I agreed to in the first place.
