I'm very upset about this. I ordered furniture in May and was told they would have to order due to it not being in the warehouse. I agreed for the June 22nd delivery because I was going on vacation. June 22nd came around, I received a call from store manager that only part of my order had arrived. (The love seat and accent chair) but the sofa was still in China. When I ask the time frame he told me it was looking like the end of July. He offered to let me get the sofa off the floor but I would be responsible for picking it up, (which I don't understand why) and the delivery charge would still apply I went to the store to speak to the lady that sold me my furniture and I let her know how un happy I was. I was considering canceling my order. She offered to speak to store manager about me getting the one off the floor and delivered to me. She was to call me Friday 23rd by 2pm (I was traveling at 3pm) Never heard back from anyone! She also told me that July 22nd is not a guarantee date. Now I have a livingroom room with no furniture and a dinner party for 8 on July 8th. Not Happy!
