Taco Bell - bad food

We went to the Taco Bell for the nachos. We paid for all extra toppings. Got home and took a bite and they were not fit to eat. I don't know if the oil from cooking the chips was bad or if it was something else but it was terrible! My husband and I couldn't force ourselves to eat them. We went to return them and there was another lady complaining about her food. When I stayed out nachos were bad the cook said she told the manager not to sell any because she didn't have any when we placed our drive thru order. The manger was the one who took our order and failed to even provide us with a receipt. She wouldn't even look us in the face while refunding our money. This particular Taco Bell has terrible service and can't seem to even get the food right all the time. It's the closest place to us as we live in the country where there's nothing around. I'm disappointed and still starving. I wish someone would look into this Taco Bell location. The first time we had the nachos was at the Conyers location and they were delicious and we had great service! The Jackson Taco Bell needs to be revamped and reprimanded.
