Popeyes

I got ripped off. I saw ordered a breast and wing dinner combo, which was supposed to include a biscuit, a chicken breast, a wing, red beans and rice, and the drink. What I was given was the red beans and rice, biscuit, drink, and 2 wings. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the dinner until I got home. I immediately contacted a number I found online regarding Popeyes complaint department. The gentleman rep took my information and made all the sounds and replies of being empathetic. He told me someone would call me. I waited several days, and then filed with the BBB of Atlanta. Got a reply in my email showing that my claim was received, but that was about the size of it. I received nothing else from anyone.
