Georgia Department Of Labor - Augusta ga unemployment

Hi i've been trying to reach georgia ui for months, through email, by phone, by mail in letter, I applied for ui in june, thought I was approved in july because I received back pay along with a determination letter, by ever since no payments and portal says "pending eligibility determination"... I have not received any updates or changes to my claim. Or payments its been months... Please contact me at
