I filed a UI claim on 4l/26/2020. I received a Benefit Determination letter on 6/17/20 detailing my Weekly Benefit Amount along with the Potential Number of Weeks available and the Maximum Benefit Amount. As of today 9/3/2020, I have not received any benefits. I have continually called and emailed both the Dalton Career Center and the GDOL office in Atlanta to find out why benefits are not being paid. As of today, I have not received a return call or email from either of the offices contacted. My contact information is as follows:
