2 weeks ago I sent a complaint about the horrible side dishes I got. Both the mashed potatos and mac n cheese were soooo bad, it seemed like they were left over from the day before. I did not get a reply from popeyes, which is regrettable since we have always loved popeyes, and now we have to go to someone else.
I would think you would be concerned about this store considering it has been through so many managers, they can't keep staff and the food and service are aweful. It really is giving Popeys a bad name.

The mashed potatos and mac n cheese were old. Like they were left over from the day before. Given that I was the first in line when they opened the doors, my meal should have been perfect. Literally the side orders were inedible.
The potatos were lumpy and thick. Usually it is smooth. The mac n cheese were clumped together and could not be scooped out of the container.
It was a bad experience. This store has gotten so bad this last year. If there were another one close by, I would go to them.
Desired outcome: Refund my money

I used your app to order food last night at 740pm eastern time at the belair rd store in augusta ga and said they closed at 10 on the website and got a text at 9pm saying my order was canceled restaurant was closed, so I tried placing another order at 930 pm and got a text saying eta delivery 1002 pm then at 1015 and 1017 pm got text saying order was canceled again when I tried calling the restaurant no answer, when I called the restaurant again around 955pm they finally answered I asked about my order and the person on the phone was like we are closed now nothing I can do and was rude about it asked for a number for corporate wouldn't give me an answer
