After waiting for 10 minutes in the line labeled "drop off" to get a prescription filled due to under staffing, I was sent to another window because they were only dispensing at the windows labeled "drop off", it was not allowing drop off. Then I found out that, while the prescription was free at Publix, it was not at Kroger and they would not tell me what it cost until I filled it. At that, I took my business and shopping Publix. My current prescriptions at Kroger will follow and it is time for refills
Add they to the times I called for a refill of something and found out the pharmacy apparently sat on doctor approval for a day.
I also understand that Kroger no longer take Good Rx. If true it is exceptionally greedy considering the financial hardships people are having
Desired outcome: You're a big company and don't care but I wanted to speak out. Fortunately, a Publix is also convenient and it's worth paying more to avoid the experiences at this store
