I had an unfortunate situation with one of your cashier yesterday. I am advocate of your store. I enjoy Trader Joe’s because of the human connection. Yesterday, the cashier didn’t want to talk to me. I asked if it was because he had a sore throat. He shooked his head with a no. I asked if it’s simply because he didn’t want to talk to me. He shooked his head yes. Please review the camera to show the proof of my complaint. Then he talk to the woman right after me. My name is Marie, I was wearing a cap yesterday because my hair is starting to grow from chemo. I always smile because I love people, I love life. That situation should of never happened at Trader Joe’s. Your rules and values are important for the company. The cashier failed Trader Joe’s Policied.
