Great Clips

I went online to check in. When my wait time went down to 15 minutes I left to great clips which I live 5 minutes away. When I got there it said on the app I had a 25 minute wait. So I went in and talked to someone at the desk. She said there was 2 people ahead of me. Which is what it showed on the computer. So I sat outside to wait. Checked on my app again 5 minutes later and said I had a 35 minute wait. So I went in and says on there computer that there is now 4 people ahead of me. I want to know why I am so unimportant that I keep getting pushed back even though I checked in. Not once but twice. Once on the app and again when I arrived. I never felt so unimportant in my life. This is by far the worse experience I had. I told her to take me off the waitlist and I left. I can guarantee that I will never go to another great clips. That is no way to run a business. I will from now on go to another hair salon. The address below is the great clips I went to
