Please contact me I just typed out a whole letter for 45 mins and it disappeared, I am an elderly disable human being & my rights have been violated at your store in more ways than one & I can describe it better on the phone. I do hope to hear back ASAP. This whole transaction was a nightmare that should never have happened. I am not going to be loyal now because of this after 40 years or more shopping with you! I do not need any of my purchases I got I thought I would get some credit back from returns because I spent 134 today and 106 7 days ago and I feel like they could care less about me, I will probable drive back tommorow after my dentist appt at 2 pm to give it all back. I am a Professional Retailer and Secret shopper who loves the deals and spent 3 hours there today and 3 hours last time, and if my loyalty means nothing and laws have been broken and I have been discriminated against than you do not need my business or the last 6 people I took there last week! Thanks, I hope to hear back before lunch tomorrow!
So now it is Thursday afternoon and I am sick in bed unable to drive and no word from complaints department yet that I filled on Tuesday after I shopped at your Ross. I want someone to respond by Friday at noon now, if anyway possible to resolve this particular matter thanks, and I am on central standard time! Plus, some of the item that were marked on sale after letting charge the whole time refuse to work!
Desired outcome: I want the sale price and or refund without having to drive since I am disabled and I want an apology individually from the store and the 4 workers that did nothing that day, thanks
