I had one room with soiled tracks (dirty carpeting where people walk), but had them clean the other carpeted rooms in the house too. As they finished rooms I checked them and there was virtually no difference in the tracks. I told them they were going to have to do better. Both workmen stated, "We cannot get out tracks." I think a business who holds itself out as "Carpet Cleaners" should be able to get carpets looking clean - not perfect, but at least cleaner. If I had known the severe limitations of their services there is no way I would have hired them. Despite my dissatisfaction, there was no discount offered and they did not even try again to get the carpet clean.
