Moe's is less than a mile from my house, but I will tell you I have avoided eating there for about 4 years because of poor service, restaurant was dirty and the food was way below par. Recently I was at another business next door and thought, I will try them again and see if they have improved. I was extremely happy, looked like new manager had taken over. Restaurant was clean, employee's interacted with you and the food was good. I was like Yea! I can get Moe's Monday again. Then I started running into problems. 3 weeks ago I stopped in to pick up 2 bowls. I get to the front of the line, they had No beans, no chicken and no steak. Employee apologized, but I left because how do you make a burrito without the main ingredients. Last week, No beans, no rice. I was like are you kidding me. Left again. Last night, no beans, I asked to speak to the manager, a kid came up, he was polite, but could not answer as to why you would not have one of the main foods at 5pm rush time. I finally got out of him that he was not the manager, he said they have had no manager on shift for a long time. I hate to see your business losing money because of poor management or training.
Desired outcome: Get someone to that restaurant than can train employees in time management, when you know your busy times are and have food ready to serve.
