Moe's Southwest Grill

I placed an online order, went and got it (20 minute drive) and went back home, had a few bites to then find a hair in my food. I called the restaurant they said they can’t do anything but offer it remade right then. I explained that I don’t wanna drive back the 20 minutes. Can it be made another day. I was told no. I said okay, can I have a refund. I was told no, he doesn’t have the power to do that. I said is there anyone that does ? He said no. I can call back tomorrow and “maybe” the manager can help me but it’s not for sure. I tried finding a corporate number but couldn’t find anything.
