My name Jason, my family and I decided last minute to add a couple days on to our beach trip we were going to last month. We were going to Pompano, it was nice and we decided to stay in North Miami. Using our Wyndham Rewards points THROUGH THE WYNDHAM REWARDS APP, we decided to go this route to not have to pay anything out of pocket. We found two locations, this one, 30,000 points a night or another location closer to where we were staying for the whole upcoming week, 15,000 a night. Everything looked great with all the info on the app and when we arrived and AFTER we checked in we found that the pool had been shut down and the room we requested did not happen. We immediately called to complain and see that we could just leave, drive to another location and have the points reimbursed. This was not an option at the time. We then proceeded to complain with the Hotel manager. We have requested 30,000 of the 60,000 to be reimbursed because I would have not even stayed at this hotel without the pool. The hotel at this point has only reimbursed 5,000 point and has ignored the same response email from us twice. Wyndham Rewards will now not even address Hotel incompetence, “it is the Hotel’s problem “. Well I am not let this rest. I will complain publicly under someone speaks to me besides a call taker. Where has customer satisfaction gone? Thank you
Desired outcome: Reimburse 30,00 of my 60,000 points. And why should I have to be the one who has to go in between the Hotel and Wyndham Rewards. People need to start actually working and doing the job.
