I went to CVS to purchase a few things but mainly to purchase a gift card. I was told to use the machine instead of being checked out by an employee. I had to use the machine and do the work myself. I purchased a visa $250 gift card and the receipt was not emailed to me. I was told by a lady named Christine that if I don't received a receipt to call her. I got back to my office and had not received the receipt so I had to waste my time to call the store only to be told I had to call your customer service line. I did that and they couldn't help provide me with a receipt for the gift card or the other items I purchased until after 48 hours. Then I call the store back and and started talking to the gentleman and I asked him if the card doesn't work then what and he told me to call VISA. I told him if your system isn't capable of sending me a receipt how do I know if it actually activated the card and since he didn't want to hear what I had to say he hung up on me. All I wanted was a copy of my receipt and confidence that this card, which was a gift, was going not going to have an issue. POOR Customer Service. I will not shop in your store or any other CVS store.
