I ordered 3 meals at about 4:00 P.M. on Sunday 4/26/20. I gave the pick-up time as 5:20 P.M. I arrived at almost exactly 5:20 and a waiter asked my name and brought a charge slip for me to sign very quickly. I waited patiently until 5:35 when I asked the waiter who was busy delivering food to cars around me who had pulled up after me. He came back after another 10 minutes and said that my order had been "misplaced" but would be out soon. Finally the manager, who by the way took the order, came our and said they were rushing the order and it would be out in 5 minutes. The order finally arrived at 5:55! When I got home, the steaks were cold and the pasta with shrimp and chicken was completely dried out. The noodles were hard on top and the sauce was dried out too. Despite the fact that the pick up was 40 minutes late, the food was probably cooked long before it was delivered. A very poor experience overall.
