On Wednesday, July 24,2024 I called Tires Plus (store #691798) to see if I needed a appointment to get my tires rotated. I spoke to a gentlemen named Jay, he told me I did not need an appointment and to come in. I arrived at the store at around 11:00 with two other customers in front of me. When I finally got up to counter, and spoke to a different gentlemen, his name was David. He asked if I had an appointment and I said no, I just called and was told I did not need one.
Dave looked at Jay and said did "did you tell her she didnt need a appointment?", Jay said yes, an hour ago. I said no sir, I drove right here, it wasnt more than 15 or 20 min. That was the beginning of my problems.
A technician named Roy came in and Dave told him to work my tire rotation in before another order, but Roy did not seem happy.
My 2015 Chrysler van was placed on the lift and sat there for over 1 hour and 25 minutes, as I continued to look out the door to see why my tires had not been rotated. I finally asked Jay, what is goin on with my van. He then said oh come her and let me show you, we wont do a rotation, you need two new tires, I said What? Why did it take someone 1 1/2 to tell me I needed two new tires. How much longer will I be? he said 15-20 min. It was obviously longer than that. Then Dave finally returns, I go up to say who is a manager, I need to speak to him, at that time he told me he was the manager, I proceeded to tell him all that happened. He said I wasnt here, (he had left and went to town).he said I cant turn back time, I said I understand that, but this is crazy to come to get my tires rotated and be here for over Two hours. He then said he would give me a discount on my tires, I said thank you, but Id like to know who dropped the ball..who was responsible for leaving my van on a lift for over hour and 1/2 with out telling me what the issue was. Also while I was there, a huge cussing match went on with employees in the garage area, one of them being the technician named Roy. I would Never Ever recommend anyone going to Tires Plus
Desired outcome: I would like an answer as to who was responsible, what is your process used to communicate issues with your customers...its apparent someoned did not follow procedures

Tires Plus Total Car Care - Tire Balancing on 06/01/2023 Store# 691798 Invoice#
On 5/22/23 I took my car in to have four new tires mounted and balanced. The car needed left front ball joint and both tie rod ends replaced. Yet they wanted to do the alignment anyway, I was told to return after replacing the parts to get the alignment redone because I paid for the lifetime alignment. I took the car home and replaced the parts within a short time then returned on 6/1/23 to have the alignment done again. After that I was still having a slight pulling to the right and had never taken the car over 45 MPH. Today 6/28/23 I was able to get it out onto the highway at speed for a trip and discovered the pull became even more exaggerated along with the steering wheel starting to shake. As my speed increased that faded and the entire care began to shake and vibrate violently. I returned back to the same service location and informed them I felt the tires needed balanced and the alignment needed checked. The feedback I got from the Tech that performed the work found all four wheels were balanced incorrectly as to where and how the weights had been placed. The extreme vibration it caused resulted in the front alignment going clear out and had to be done again; I have printouts for both alignments. When the work was done on 6/1/23 and again today, I was charged for the rebalancing of the wheels which was done wrong to begin with. I shouldn't have been charge for the work to be corrected as no weights had been thrown from the wheels.
Desired outcome: I want a full refund for the corrective balance work that was performed and was charged $64.12. I expressed to the person at the desk that I felt the charge was not only wrong but unfair and unethical. My contact number is [protected].
