Pinch A Penny

We went to get chlorine to shock the pool. The pool water was blue I have pictures. Unfortunately, right away turn green went back to pinch a penny explain what happened to them. They sold us another set of chemicals. They tested the water we treated the water next state waters. Still green.

When again took water it was tested again and they said it was perfect to just change the filters we bought filters we have an upgraded pump that we bought from them so the filters were not cheap steel today water is green went again and they treated me really unfair. They were telling me that if I didn’t take water to get tested, they couldn’t do nothing for the pool. I explained to them that they had the history and your system when we took the water the day. Before and it was perfect as per their system they couldn’t resolve my issue. They gave me a tremendous attitude and basically told me if you don’t wanna bring if you don’t want to bring water don’t bring water which is not gonna fit your pool. This is almost $300 later green zero customer service no empathy for the customer specially from the manager.
