McDonalds 1030 E University Ave, Gainesville FL Arrived in drive thru zero cars in either menu board. Placed order pulled behind another car paying. After paying I sat in line for over 14 min waiting to get to pick up window. Finally pulled off parked and went inside to 7 employees standing around doing absolutely NOTHING - then they look at me like I'm crazy. Umm did you order apple pies no, I ordered a Big Mac / large fry. Zero explanation from anyone. So me nappy headed female with yellow orange hair had several kids in Lobby and said give my children them apple pies. This group of about 3 employees along with the 3 kids all walked to the exit door and just stood blocking the door. I got my food and proceeded to leave but had to wait for kids to move. Nappy odd hair made the comment that not only do children need to learn manners grown people do to. I said if your talking to me I have manners, y'all blocking the door. She said I was a rude [censored]. (yes, I had a choice verb for her) I HATE THIS GHETTO LOCATION and will drive clear on the other side of town to avoid this hood behavior. No receipt given, no apology it's taking so long nothing just stares from all of them standing around.
