I purchased 3 pairs of glasses in October 2022. With the BOGO for the 2 pairs and a coupon for the 3rd pair my order was well over $1000. I made sure to get the highest quality lenses as they showed to be 2 times more scratch resistant. I noticed a scratch on one of my lenses yesterday and stopped in to the same store I purchased my glasses. While I was waiting the gentleman asked me if I had insurance on the glasses and I said I did not know there was insurance. He said they offer it and it covers these things, I told him he never mentioned the insurance to me when I bought my glasses as he was my salesman. For over $1000 and I would of purchased it. Instead after an extended wait I find out that my glasses are not covered and were only covered for 60 or 100 days he was not sure. I was shocked and could not believe I paid for these expensive lenses to not have some sort of protection. The last place I got glasses covered them for 2 years and those were less. Even America's Best covers glasses for 6 months!. Walmart gives you 1 free replacement and Vision works does nothing? I was offered replacement lenses at a discounted price of $435! I do hope someone will look into this and consider some sort of way to help resolve this as I am so very upset over this.
Desired outcome: To have my lens replaced at no cost. (one lens)
