The first time I shopped at store number 5356 I figured maybe the store was in horrible condition because they were short on staff or even COVID-19. However I took several more trips and each the store was in the worst condition than the previous visit... Today I simply went for transfer stickers and it took me over 10 minutes to locate them because only one was hanging and the rest was in a pile of unsorted stickers... Each isle is filled with product on the floor... The fridge had something brown at the bottom of it as if it had been sitting there forever and a day... I love dollar tree and shop at them often and this is the worst I have ever laid eyes on... At the front there is a hand written sign telling the employees to not leave their go back in the front... The entire store is a go back! Nothing is in place. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures but when I return I will make a habit of doing so.
Desired outcome: I would like someone to come in and take charge like it's their home and clean up the place.

Most of these stores have issues with space management. They receive more items then will fit on the shelves. Then they have to devote so much time to condensing product to make room for the overstock that the stocking falls behind then eventually a week comes by that makes it so far behind on stocking because someone took vacation or quit and once these stores fall behind at that point there is no recovery without a catastrophic failure elsewhere. My store was like this before covid-19, luckily that catastrophic incident saved the store cause customers were naturally buying out everything we had making it easy to restock, unfortunately since then we have fallen behind again, but the only thing that every fixed these problems are catastrophic failures elsewhere that relieves other issues.
