We have two recliners as part of a sectional we purchased four years ago. My husband could feel/hear that something wasn't quite right with his recliner. We pulled the recliner away from the wall to look at it and found a huge, long gouge in the wall. The back of the recliner had an exposed piece of metal that had ripped through the fabric and ruined our wall.
We researched the warranty and understand it is useless as we are not willing to pay for their inspector, shipping, parts and labor costs.
The reclining sectional was comfortable for 3 years but is now a piece of expensive junk. We will never buy anything from them again.
La-Z-Boy - Failure to provide merchandise
We ordered furniture from Lazy Boy furniture 9/6/20 and we still do not have the items. They keep changing dates when we call on it and they don't follow up with us when those dates are not met. I have requested our money back since they have failed to provide the merchandise. The manager of that store in Bradenton, FL states they will keep the money and they don't have any timeline they have to follow.
Desired outcome: Our furniture scheduled for delivery or our money back
Ordered mine 8/1/20. Still don't have it.
La-Z-Boy - Recliners broke several times repairs didn't last
I just had Comfort Care/ Lazy Boy come 2 blocks and charge me $90. to give me an estimate of at least $290. to repair my chair but, parts are covered ? I feel I was just scammed, I understand a trip fee but that is just ridiculous ! I feel that this estimate was purposely high so I would turn it down and he could pocket $90. for doing nothing but driving 2 blocks . I WAS a lifetime Lazy Boy purchaser but, never again ! This company is NOT what it used to be !
These chairs are approximately 7 yrs old but they broke within 6 months or so and have required several repairs in this time span, granted they weren't top tier but, they should have been replaced after the first problem imo.
