On 9/20/23 I went into Popeyes to purchase your delicious crispy chicken sandwich. After preparing it, the server put it in an aluminum foil bag. I also purchase fries and a medium drink. I proceeded to my home about ten city blocks away. About twenty minutes I procced to have my dinner with my Popeyes sandwich. I remove it from the foil bag and the sandwich was like it had been taken out of a steamer. The bread was soggy, and the crispy chicken was not crispy any more it was soggy also. Your company should come up with a better idea of wrapping this sandwich like your fast-food competition. I like to make a suggestion, why not put it in a small sandwich box where it will not sweat. No customer wants to pay for a soggy chicken sandwich at the price of $6.79 only to be disappointed.
