Pole ripped off was created by tropical storm Isais and a technician came out on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 who could not put a line in since the construction department at optimum has not put in a feeder on the new pole that was installed by Eversource.
Frontier was around yesterday but yet to see optimum 🤔
Please refer this message to the appropriate party who can ensure that this critical issue is resolved immediately
I have not had any optimum services since 8-4-20. To be precise, my neighbors are still without your services.
I understand that the technician has already put in a referral as critical to the construction team to take care of the issue at 110 Grabherr Road Thomaston CT, but when I call technical support's customer service team, they cannot give me a time frame as to when they will be coming out.
I am also expecting a credit from the time service was interrupted (8-4-20) until services are fully restored
Please note, when I made the initial appointment for the technician to come on August 12, 2020, I explained specifically that the pole was ripped in half and that Eversource put a replacement up. That rep should have known and taken the required steps in a situation like this one in order to give proper customer service
