Popeyes

I went to the Colorado Mills Mall with my wife to do some shopping and I left her at the food court while I walked around. When I came back in about 30 minutes, she said there is a Popeye's and I said that I'd be right back. I stood in line waiting for my chance to order and when I got to the counter I started to order. I always get the same items when visiting. I got a 5 piece strips, and order of beans and rice and 1 extra biscuit and a 32 ounce Coke. I sat down with my wife thinking that I bought the better meal - but I was wrong. The chicken was dry - the biscuits were extremely dry the only positive to the meal was the bean and rice were right on target!
I went to the counter once again and asked for the manager. He walked over and when I explained my issue with him he said "yea, yea ok". I told him that I would be filing a complaint and he again said "ok whatever".
I don't think that the manager should represent your franchise with this type of no - concern. All he had to say and do was - "I'm sorry to hear of your issue, allow me to make a fresh order for you or refund your money" Slam dunk I would be a happy customer - but in no way will it stop me from being a Popeye's Chicken customer! I like the menu, the cost and most of all the customer service!
Oh, I forgot - no barbeque sauce and no concern about explaining anything.
